What is UGC ?
The UGC or User Generated Content refers to all content created by the customer of a brand. And this, by taking the form of scenario, reviews, product tests etc. This content can be reused (with permission) to feed the brand’s social networks. This allows brands to obtain a wider audience through its more authentic and credible content towards its users, as well as an increase in the engagement rate.
Unlike influence, UGC content is created for brands' social networks by ordinary people. The creator of UGC content does not necessarily have a community, so the brand does not pay its notoriety.
